We operate two food trucks that bring artisanal bakes, crafted by deaf students, to the heart of Dehradun, offering residents a delightful range of fresh, healthy treats. Our comprehensive training program equips students with essential skills in baked techniques, kitchen management, and customer service. To further enhance their learning experience, we provide hands-on training through internships at Silent Bakery's food truck. This real-world setting enables students to apply their skills, interact with customers, and build confidence in their abilities. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience, we empower deaf individuals with the skills and confidence needed to pursue inclusive employment opportunities. Our mission is twofold: to offer the finest bread and patisserie products in Dehradun and to train the deaf individuals, providing them with the skills and opportunities to secure employment in the hospitality industry.
